RECOVERY - Provide all plant, labor and equipment for the construction of the Arroyo Colorado North Levee. Work includes clearing and grubbing, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, silt fencing, benched excavation, placement of embankment, placement of topsoil, placement of riprap, seeding and revegetation of disturbed areas. The reach spans approximately 10.5 miles and the magnitude of the project is between $10 million and $25 million. The period of performance is 381 calendar days. This is a 100% total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested PRIME contractors and trade associations shall submit requests for solicitation in writing to IBWC, Attn: Hugo White, Supervisory Contracting Officer, 4171 N. Mesa, C-100, El Paso, Tx 79902-14441. Subcontractors may request a bidders mailing list to locate available planholders. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
