Clear Behavioral Health in Gardena offers detox and residential treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Comprehensive Approach
Their personalized treatment approach includes individual therapy, group therapy, mindfulness therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. They also offer experiential therapies, like yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance/movement therapy, and sound therapy. Detox uses medication-assisted therapy (MAT) to ease the symptoms of opioid and alcohol withdrawal. The residential program provides a comfortable and open living space with modern amenities to create the ideal environment for healing and long-term recovery. The living arrangements are semi-private, with 2 per room, to promote comfort while also ensuring a sense of community. Amenities include a patio and backyard with lounging areas, an on-site washer and dryer, and a local meal delivery service that provides nutritious meals directly to the home.
