Katherine meets people where they are—whether pursuing sobriety, using harm reduction, or supporting a loved one. Her approach is trauma-informed, rooted in radical compassion, and tailored to each person’s unique path. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she is there to help individuals find their way forward.
